Our Large-Membrane Aluminum Foil Paperboard Vent Liner is designed for agrochemical containers that require strong sealing performance and high-volume gas release. With available thicknesses of 0.7mm and 1.0mm and custom diameters from 2cm to 12cm, this vented liner is suitable for large-capacity pesticide, liquid fertilizer, disinfectant, oxidizing chemical, and agricultural chemical packaging.
Compared with standard sealing liners, this product uses a larger breathable membrane area to provide faster pressure equalization inside the container. It helps prevent bottle swelling, leakage, cap deformation, and pressure build-up during storage and transportation. The aluminum foil paperboard structure provides reliable sealing support, while the vent membrane allows controlled airflow without allowing liquid leakage under normal application conditions.
This liner is especially suitable for agrochemical packaging with high gas generation, where both sealing safety and container breathability are required.
Many agrochemical products generate gas during storage due to chemical reaction, temperature change, shaking during transportation, or active ingredients inside the formula. Products such as pesticides, liquid fertilizers, disinfectants, oxidizers, and other agricultural chemicals may release gas continuously after filling.
If the container is sealed with a normal non-breathable liner, internal pressure can increase over time. This may cause:
For products with large gas emission, a small vent area may not be enough. That is why a large-membrane vent liner is required. It provides a wider breathable area and higher gas exchange capacity, helping the package stay stable during storage, shipment, and end use.
Our large-membrane aluminum foil paperboard vent liner is developed to solve the pressure problem of high-gas-release agrochemical packaging. The liner combines sealing, support, and venting functions in one structure.
The aluminum foil paperboard layer provides good stiffness and sealing support. It helps the liner fit firmly inside the cap and maintain stable contact with the bottle mouth. The large breathable membrane allows air and gas to pass through, balancing the internal and external pressure of the container. At the same time, the membrane helps block liquid leakage and contamination under normal use conditions.
For agrochemical packaging factories, this liner can improve package safety, reduce transportation risk, and enhance the professional image of the product. For brand owners and chemical manufacturers, it helps reduce packaging failure and improve customer satisfaction.

This large-membrane vented sealing liner is widely used in packaging systems where chemicals may produce gas after filling. It is especially suitable for:
Used for pesticide, herbicide, fungicide, insecticide, and crop protection chemical containers. The liner helps release internal pressure and reduce the risk of bottle swelling.
Some liquid fertilizers may generate gas during storage or temperature changes. A large-membrane vent liner helps maintain stable packaging performance.
Products such as hydrogen peroxide-based formulations, disinfectants, and other active chemical liquids may require breathable packaging to prevent pressure build-up.
Suitable for HDPE, PET, PP, and other plastic bottles used in agricultural chemical markets.
For formulas with obvious gas emission, the larger membrane area provides better airflow than small vent liners.
The working principle of the large-membrane aluminum foil paperboard vent liner is simple but effective.
After the liner is placed inside the cap and the cap is tightened onto the container, the liner creates a sealing surface between the cap and bottle mouth. The aluminum foil paperboard layer provides support and helps maintain the liner shape.
When gas is generated inside the bottle, internal pressure begins to rise. The large breathable membrane allows gas molecules to pass through the liner and release to the outside environment. This process helps balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the container.
At the same time, the breathable membrane is designed to reduce liquid leakage risk under normal storage and transportation conditions. This makes the liner suitable for chemical packaging that requires both venting performance and sealing reliability.
The larger the membrane area, the stronger the air release capacity. Therefore, for agrochemical products with high exhaust volume, a large-membrane vent liner is a better choice than a standard small vent liner.
When selecting a vent liner for agrochemical packaging, the following points should be considered:
The liner diameter should match the inner diameter of the cap and the bottle mouth sealing area. We can provide custom diameters from 2cm to 12cm.
For standard applications, 0.7mm thickness is suitable for many common caps. For caps requiring stronger support or better compression performance, 1.0mm thickness can be selected.
If the formula releases a large amount of gas, choose a larger breathable membrane area. This improves pressure equalization and reduces container deformation.
Different agrochemical formulas have different chemical properties. Before mass production, sample testing is recommended to confirm compatibility with the liquid, cap, bottle, and storage conditions.
Testing should include filling, sealing, storage, transportation simulation, high-temperature environment, and leakage inspection. This ensures that the liner performs well in the actual application.
The main advantage is higher air release capacity. It is designed for agrochemical packaging with large gas generation, helping reduce bottle swelling, cap bulging, and leakage risk.
We can produce 0.7mm and 1.0mm thickness options. Other customized structures can also be discussed according to the cap and bottle design.
The available diameter range is 2cm to 12cm. Custom sizes can be produced based on your cap inner diameter and sealing requirements.
