The XINXIA aluminum foil easy-peel venting liner is designed for packaging alcohol-based makeup remover pads, cleansing wipes, disinfecting wipes, and other products that may generate internal pressure during storage and transportation. The liner combines an aluminum foil sealing structure with an integrated breathable vent area, helping release accumulated gas while maintaining reliable container-mouth sealing.
Both diameter and thickness can be customized according to the container opening, cap structure, filling formula, sealing equipment, and required venting performance. The pull tab makes the liner convenient for consumers to remove without using additional tools. Compared with a conventional non-vented aluminum foil seal, this solution helps reduce packaging deformation, cap bulging, seal lifting, and leakage caused by pressure differences.
It is suitable for packaging manufacturers, cosmetics brands, contract fillers, and container suppliers seeking a customized sealing and pressure-management solution for alcohol-containing wet products.
Alcohol-containing makeup remover pads are commonly packed in plastic jars or canisters with a relatively airtight closure. During filling, storage, and transportation, several conditions may cause pressure to build inside the container.
Alcohol and certain cleaning ingredients are volatile. Changes in temperature can increase vapor pressure inside a sealed package. If the gas cannot escape, pressure may gradually act on the liner, cap, and container wall.
Products may experience significant temperature differences during ocean shipping, air transport, warehouse storage, or last-mile delivery. A package filled under normal factory conditions may expand when exposed to higher temperatures.
Air may remain inside the container after filling. Repeated temperature changes can cause the internal air to expand and contract, creating pressure differences between the inside and outside of the package.
A standard aluminum foil sealing liner provides a strong barrier but does not offer controlled pressure release. Excessive internal pressure may cause the liner to lift, the container to swell, or the cap to loosen. In more serious cases, the package may leak during shipping or storage.
The XINXIA venting liner integrates sealing, easy opening, and pressure equalization into one customized component.
The aluminum foil body covers and seals the container opening. A specially designed venting area allows accumulated gas to pass through at a controlled rate. At the same time, the vent structure is selected to help resist direct liquid leakage under normal packaging conditions.
The pull-tab design improves consumer convenience. Users can grip the tab and peel the liner away from the container mouth more easily than a traditional flat sealing disc.
The liner can be developed according to the customer’s container material, opening dimensions, cap design, alcohol concentration, liquid composition, storage temperature, and required shelf life. Sample testing is recommended before mass production because alcohol-containing formulas may have different chemical compatibility and vapor-transmission requirements.

The liner is suitable for jars containing pre-moistened cotton pads formulated with alcohol or other volatile ingredients. It helps manage internal pressure while providing an easy-opening experience.
For facial cleansing pads containing active ingredients, alcohol, or fragrance components, a vented liner can reduce the effect of pressure changes on the outer packaging.
The product can be customized for cosmetic wipe jars, travel-size packages, professional beauty products, and private-label skincare packaging.
Depending on the chemical formula and required barrier performance, the liner may also be developed for disinfecting wipes and surface-cleaning wipes. Chemical compatibility testing is required before commercial production.
This liner can be evaluated for other products that create pressure during storage. The venting membrane, aluminum foil structure, sealing layer, and vent dimensions must be selected according to the actual contents.
During packaging, the aluminum foil liner is positioned between the container mouth and the cap or sealed directly to the container opening, depending on the selected structure.
The foil body provides broad sealing coverage across the container mouth. When gas or vapor causes internal pressure to rise, the integrated venting area creates a controlled passage for pressure equalization. This helps reduce continuous force on the liner, cap, and container wall.
The breathable component is designed to release gas rather than allow uncontrolled opening of the package. Its airflow, liquid resistance, size, and chemical compatibility can be adjusted according to the customer’s formula and packaging requirements.
When the consumer opens the product, the protruding tab provides an accessible gripping point. The liner can then be peeled away more conveniently, improving the opening experience while preserving evidence that the container was originally sealed.
Provide the outer diameter, inner diameter, sealing width, and dimensional tolerances of the container opening. A drawing or physical container sample is recommended.
Tell us whether the container is made from PP, PE, PET, glass, aluminum, or another material. The heat-sealing or adhesive layer must match the container-mouth material.
The alcohol concentration, solvent type, fragrance, surfactant, and other active ingredients may affect membrane and sealing-layer compatibility. A material compatibility test should be completed before mass production.
Different formulas and container sizes generate different levels of pressure. The vent diameter and breathable membrane should be selected according to actual pressure and airflow requirements.
Please specify whether the liner will be applied through induction sealing, heat sealing, pressure-sensitive sealing, or another process. Sealing temperature, pressure, and dwell time should also be provided when available.
Before confirming a bulk order, test the liner with the actual container, cap, filling formula, and sealing equipment. Recommended evaluations include sealing strength, leakage, venting performance, chemical compatibility, high-temperature storage, low-temperature storage, and transportation simulation.
XINXIA provides customized sealing and venting components for cosmetic, food, chemical, and industrial packaging. Our manufacturing capabilities include composite sealing-material conversion, precision die cutting, breathable membrane processing, membrane welding, quality inspection, and customized packaging.
For new projects, our team can review the container drawing, product formula, filling conditions, sealing process, and expected storage environment. Samples can be produced for preliminary testing before mass production.
To receive a quotation, please provide the required diameter, thickness, container material, product formula, order quantity, venting requirements, and dimensional drawing.
Yes. The liner diameter, thickness, shape, pull-tab position, vent location, and vent size can be customized according to the container and packaging requirements.
Not automatically. Alcohol concentration and other chemical ingredients may affect the sealing layer and vent membrane. Testing with the actual formula is required before bulk production.
The liner is designed to balance sealing and pressure release. Because it contains a venting structure, its vapor-barrier performance must be evaluated against the product’s shelf-life requirements. We can help select a suitable structure based on the formula and required vent rate.
Structures can be developed for PP, PE, PET, glass, aluminum, and other containers. The correct sealing layer depends on the container-mouth material and sealing method.
Please provide the container-mouth drawing, cap structure, container material, liner dimensions, product formula, alcohol concentration, sealing process, required airflow, order quantity, and actual container samples if possible.
