Cause: Why Alcohol-Based Makeup Remover Pad Packaging May Swell

Alcohol-containing makeup remover pads are commonly packed in plastic jars or canisters with a relatively airtight closure. During filling, storage, and transportation, several conditions may cause pressure to build inside the container.

How It Works

During packaging, the aluminum foil liner is positioned between the container mouth and the cap or sealed directly to the container opening, depending on the selected structure.
