XINXIA NEW MATERIAL manufactures PE Foam Aluminum Foil Vent Liners designed for induction sealing, container sealing and pressure management in agricultural and industrial chemical packaging.
Our vented induction seal liners combine an aluminum foil sealing layer, a polyethylene (PE) foam backing layer and a specially designed breathable membrane structure. This combination provides an integrated solution for initial bottle-mouth sealing, subsequent cap resealing and controlled gas exchange when an appropriate membrane is selected.
During electromagnetic induction sealing, the aluminum foil layer bonds to the bottle opening, while the PE foam backing remains inside the cap to provide continued sealing performance after the consumer removes the induction seal.
These liners are particularly suitable for packaging applications involving pesticides, agricultural chemicals, hydrogen peroxide, microbial formulations, disinfectants and other products requiring pressure-management solutions.
Custom diameters from 20 mm to 1200 mm are available to accommodate different packaging specifications and industrial applications.
XINXIA supports OEM manufacturing, custom die-cutting, membrane selection and sample development for packaging manufacturers, chemical producers and international distributors.
Certain chemical formulations may generate gas during storage or transportation due to decomposition, temperature changes or chemical reactions.
Hydrogen peroxide and some disinfectant formulations, for example, may release oxygen under certain conditions.
When conventional packaging relies on completely airtight sealing without suitable pressure-management provisions, internal pressure may accumulate.
Potential packaging problems include:
Bottle swelling or deformation
Leakage around the bottle neck or cap
Stress on induction sealing layers
Container damage during transportation
Increased packaging rejection rates
Agricultural chemicals and industrial liquid products frequently experience vibration, temperature fluctuations and changes in orientation during international transportation.
Insufficient sealing performance may lead to leakage, contamination and product loss.
After an ordinary induction foil seal has been removed, the bottle relies on the remaining cap liner for resealing.
If the cap liner lacks sufficient compressibility or dimensional stability, repeated opening and closing may result in an inadequate seal.
Packaging requirements vary significantly according to the chemical composition, gas generation rate, viscosity, surface tension and compatibility characteristics of the filling product.
A single vent membrane specification cannot accommodate every chemical formulation.
XINXIA provides a multifunctional sealing structure that integrates induction sealing, compressible foam resealing and a customized breathable membrane.
The aluminum foil laminate is designed to bond with a compatible container opening during the induction sealing process.
This provides an initial seal that supports product protection and tamper evidence. The actual sealing performance depends on the container material, sealing-layer formulation and induction sealing parameters.
Following the induction sealing process and separation of the foil layer, the PE foam component remains inside the bottle cap.
Its compressible construction helps maintain contact between the cap and bottle mouth, providing secondary sealing when the container is reclosed.
An optional engineered vent membrane provides a controlled pathway for gas exchange.
Depending on membrane selection and packaging design, the venting structure can help reduce excessive pressure differentials while resisting liquid penetration.
Membranes can be selected according to application-specific airflow, water-entry pressure, oleophobic performance and chemical compatibility requirements.
Important: Gas exchange, liquid resistance and pressure-relief performance depend on the complete liner structure. Packaging containing reactive or gas-generating formulations must be validated under actual filling and storage conditions.

Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and other agrochemical formulations can place significant demands on packaging systems.
Our PE foam aluminum foil vent liners can be customized for agrochemical containers where manufacturers require induction sealing, cap resealing and controlled pressure management.
The membrane specification should be selected according to the active ingredients, solvents, surfactants and filling conditions.
Hydrogen peroxide may release oxygen as it decomposes, particularly when exposed to heat, contamination or incompatible materials.
For suitable hydrogen peroxide formulations, a properly engineered venting system can assist with pressure management.
XINXIA offers customized membrane and liner solutions for evaluation in hydrogen peroxide packaging, with emphasis on chemical compatibility and required venting capacity.
Certain microbial products and biological formulations may produce or consume gas under specific conditions.
Their packaging may require a balance between gas exchange, leakage prevention and protection against external contamination.
Our breathable liners can be developed according to the formulation's gas-exchange requirements and the intended storage environment.
Some disinfectant and cleaning product packaging systems need a combination of induction sealing, resealing and chemical-resistant venting technology.
Suitable membrane configurations can be evaluated for selected oxidizing and gas-generating products.
Our custom vent liners may also be suitable for specialty chemical bottles, industrial cleaning products and other industrial containers where conventional sealing structures do not adequately address pressure-management requirements.
All applications involving hazardous or reactive chemicals require product-specific compatibility and safety testing.
The PE foam aluminum foil vent liner is designed to operate through a combination of heat-activated foil sealing, cap retention and controlled membrane gas exchange.
The multilayer vent liner is placed inside the bottle cap, with the induction sealing layer oriented toward the container opening.
The cap is tightened according to the packaging manufacturer's specified application torque.
Correct cap fitment and contact with the bottle mouth are necessary for reliable induction sealing.
The sealed bottle passes beneath an induction sealing machine.
Electromagnetic energy heats the aluminum foil, activating the compatible heat-seal layer and bonding the foil structure to the bottle opening.
The induction foil stays attached to the bottle mouth, while the PE foam backing remains inside the cap.
The sealing system can therefore provide an initial bottle-mouth seal and a secondary compressible liner for subsequent cap closure.
Where a suitable continuous vent pathway is incorporated, the breathable membrane allows gas to pass through while providing liquid-entry resistance according to its tested performance.
The gas-flow pathway must remain functional after induction sealing and throughout the intended life of the package.
The location and functionality of the vent membrane should be confirmed for each cap and bottle design. An induction foil that completely blocks the gas pathway cannot provide continuous venting until that pathway is opened.
Selecting the appropriate induction vent liner requires consideration of both the chemical formulation and the packaging system.
Provide the bottle material, neck finish, sealing land dimensions and required liner diameter.
XINXIA can produce custom sizes from 20 mm to 1200 mm.
Different products require different membrane characteristics.
Please specify whether the product contains solvents, oxidizing agents, surfactants, acids, alkalis or other ingredients that may affect sealing materials.
Where possible, provide the estimated gas generation rate, working temperature and permissible internal pressure range.
Our technical team can help identify appropriate membrane options for testing.
Foam thickness and compressibility influence cap fitment, resealing performance and the separation of layers during induction sealing.
The appropriate thickness should be selected in conjunction with cap geometry and application torque.
The liner must be matched to the induction sealing equipment, cap design and bottle material.
Sealing power, conveyor speed, application torque and cooling conditions should be optimized during trial production.
Before commercial use, we recommend evaluating:
Induction seal strength
Leakage performance
Gas transmission and pressure relief
Chemical compatibility
Membrane liquid-entry resistance
Long-term storage stability
Temperature cycling and transportation performance

Yes. XINXIA offers customizable liner diameters from 20 mm to 1200 mm. We also support custom shapes, thicknesses and vent membrane configurations. Final dimensions and tolerances are confirmed according to customer drawings and packaging requirements.
They can be developed for these applications, but compatibility must be verified against the actual formulation. Hydrogen peroxide concentration, pesticide solvents, surfactants and storage conditions can significantly affect membrane and sealing performance.
In a suitable two-piece induction sealing construction, the aluminum foil layer bonds to the bottle mouth while the PE foam backing remains inside the cap. After the bottle is opened, the foam liner provides secondary sealing when the cap is reinstalled.
A properly selected hydrophobic or oleophobic membrane may provide controlled gas transmission and liquid-entry resistance. Actual performance depends on membrane specifications, chemical formulation, differential pressure and the design of the complete vent pathway. Testing is required to confirm suitability.
