Our custom silicone rubber gaskets are designed for sealing, insulation, cushioning, vibration reduction and component protection in industrial equipment and electronic assemblies. Available in sizes from 3 to 300 mm, the gaskets can be manufactured in round, square, ring-shaped, frame-shaped or completely customized geometries. Holes, slots, tabs, adhesive backing and other structural features can be produced according to customer drawings or physical samples.
Silicone rubber provides excellent electrical insulation, flexibility, aging resistance and performance across a wide temperature range. Selected silicone compounds can also provide resistance to specific oils, chemicals and corrosive environments, subject to compatibility testing. These custom die-cut or molded silicone gaskets are suitable for machinery, electronics, medical equipment, automotive systems, electrical appliances and other OEM products. Prototype sampling and volume production are available.
Equipment manufacturers often experience leakage, vibration, dust ingress, electrical interference or premature gasket failure because a standard sealing part does not match the actual installation conditions.
Common sealing problems include:
Material selection is especially important. Standard silicone rubber performs well in many temperature, insulation and aging-resistance applications, but its compatibility with oil, fuel, solvents and concentrated chemicals depends on the compound, exposure temperature, concentration and contact time.
We manufacture custom silicone gaskets according to the customer’s drawing, equipment structure, operating conditions and purchasing requirements. The product can be die-cut from silicone sheet or molded into a three-dimensional structure, depending on its thickness, geometry and functional requirements.
Customers can specify:
For flat seals with relatively simple profiles, precision die-cutting offers efficient production and flexible size customization. For gaskets with raised sealing ribs, grooves, steps or other three-dimensional features, compression molding or injection molding may be recommended.
We can review 2D drawings, 3D files, physical samples or marked installation photographs. Prototype samples can be manufactured for dimensional inspection, assembly testing and sealing verification before mass production.

Oil and chemical resistance must be confirmed according to the specific medium, concentration, temperature and exposure time.
Silicone gaskets can be installed between machine housings, flanges, covers, access panels and connecting components. They help prevent the entry or leakage of air, water and dust while also reducing vibration and metal-to-metal contact.
Typical uses include:
Silicone rubber provides electrical insulation, cushioning and enclosure sealing for electronic devices. Customized gaskets can be produced with holes and openings for connectors, sensors, screws and ventilation components.
Applications include:
Customized silicone gaskets can be used in diagnostic devices, pumps, monitoring equipment, fluid-handling assemblies and other medical-equipment structures. The required silicone grade and compliance documentation must be confirmed according to the final application.
Providing a silicone material does not automatically make a finished gasket suitable for medical or direct-contact use. Customers should specify the required material grade, test standard and contact conditions before production.
Silicone gaskets are used in automotive lighting, electrical systems, sensors, control modules, housings and other assemblies that require temperature resistance, insulation, cushioning or environmental sealing.
Possible applications include:
Custom gaskets can be installed in kitchen appliances, cleaning equipment, heating products, smart-home devices and personal-care appliances. Silicone rubber helps provide sealing, insulation, cushioning and vibration reduction between assembled components.
Frame-shaped and irregular silicone gaskets are suitable for doors, covers, panels and inspection openings. They can reduce the penetration of moisture and dust when correctly compressed inside the enclosure.
A silicone gasket works by being compressed between two mating surfaces. When the equipment is assembled, the gasket deforms and fills small surface irregularities, creating a barrier against liquid, air, dust or other contaminants.
The effectiveness of the seal depends on several factors:
In electrical applications, silicone rubber separates conductive components and helps reduce the risk of unintended electrical contact. In vibration-control applications, its elasticity absorbs part of the movement and impact between components. In protective applications, the gasket cushions sensitive parts and reduces direct friction between hard surfaces.
A gasket that is too hard may not conform to uneven surfaces. A gasket that is too soft may deform excessively or move out of position. Correct material hardness and compression are therefore essential for dependable performance.
Identify whether the gasket is primarily required for:
One gasket may perform several functions, but the primary requirement should guide material and structural selection.
A complete drawing should include:
For irregular gaskets, a CAD drawing is strongly recommended. Physical samples can also be evaluated.
Round gaskets are commonly used for pipes, valves, pumps and circular covers. Square or frame gaskets are suitable for electrical enclosures, access panels and equipment housings. Irregular shapes are produced for specialized assemblies with limited installation space.
Please provide the minimum and maximum operating temperatures, indoor or outdoor use, ultraviolet exposure, humidity and expected service life.
Inform us if the gasket will contact:
Silicone does not resist every oil or chemical equally. Compatibility testing is recommended whenever the medium is aggressive or the exposure period is long.
Adhesive backing can hold the gasket in position during assembly and reduce installation movement. The adhesive is normally used for positioning rather than as the primary sealing element.
Prototype quantities and mass-production orders may require different tooling and manufacturing methods. Providing the estimated annual volume helps us recommend a suitable and cost-effective process.
Yes. We can produce round, square, ring-shaped, frame-shaped and irregular silicone gaskets according to drawings or samples. Custom holes, slots, tabs and openings are available.
Silicone provides useful resistance in certain oil and chemical environments, but compatibility depends on the compound and actual exposure conditions. Please provide the specific medium, concentration, temperature and contact time for evaluation.
Yes. Single-sided adhesive backing can be provided to simplify positioning and assembly. The adhesive type should be selected according to the bonding surface, temperature and operating environment.
Yes. Prototype samples can be manufactured for dimensional inspection, installation testing and functional verification. Mass production can begin after the sample is approved.
Please send the drawing or physical sample, dimensions, thickness, hardness, color, adhesive requirement, operating temperature, contact medium, application and estimated order quantity.
Send us your 2D drawing, 3D file or physical sample together with the operating conditions and required quantity. We support custom silicone gasket projects from material selection and sample development to precision die-cutting, molding and stable mass production for international OEM customers.
