The XINXIA 0.6–1.0 mm aluminum foil paperboard induction seal liner is specially developed for sealing glass coffee jars and other glass packaging containers. Its composite structure combines a supportive paperboard backing with an induction-sealable aluminum foil layer, providing reliable sealing performance while maintaining a clean and professional package appearance.
Unlike traditional wax-laminated induction liners, this product uses a wax-free composite separation structure. After induction sealing, the paperboard backing separates from the aluminum foil without leaving visible wax residue on the foil surface. The aluminum foil remains smoothly sealed over the glass container opening, helping protect coffee products against moisture, dust, odors, and external contamination.
The liner thickness is available from 0.6 mm to 1.0 mm, while the diameter and shape can be customized according to the bottle opening, cap structure, and sealing-machine requirements. It is suitable for coffee roasters, packaging manufacturers, glass jar suppliers, and food brands seeking a cleaner and more reliable induction sealing solution.

The liner can be used with glass jars containing roasted coffee beans. It provides a sealed barrier at the jar opening and helps reduce exposure to moisture, dust, and external odors before the package is opened.
Ground coffee has a large surface area and can quickly absorb moisture and environmental odors. A properly sealed aluminum foil layer helps preserve its condition during distribution and storage.

First, the aluminum foil paperboard liner is inserted into the cap with the sealing side facing the glass jar opening. The cap is then tightened to apply even pressure across the bottle mouth.
When the closed container passes through an induction-sealing machine, the electromagnetic field heats the aluminum foil. The heat activates the sealing layer, which bonds the foil to the glass container opening. At the same time, the composite separation structure allows the paperboard backing to release from the aluminum foil.
After cooling, the foil remains sealed to the glass jar, while the paperboard backing stays inside the cap. When the cap is removed, the customer sees a clean foil seal without visible wax residue.
Correct cap torque, pressure, induction power, conveyor speed, sealing time, and cooling conditions are essential for consistent results.
