XINXIA aluminum foil composite induction seal liners are designed to create a secure, hygienic, and tamper-evident seal for cosmetic and food packaging containers. Available in thicknesses from 0.23 mm to 0.38 mm, these liners can be customized in diameter, shape, material structure, and sealing performance according to the customer’s container and production requirements.
During induction sealing, electromagnetic energy heats the aluminum foil layer and activates the heat-seal layer. The liner then bonds evenly to the container mouth, helping protect the packaged product against leakage, moisture, oxygen, dust, and external contamination.
These custom induction sealing liners are suitable for many rigid packaging systems, including bottles and jars made from PE, PP, PET, and other compatible materials. Round, oval, square, rectangular, and irregular shapes are available. XINXIA provides sample production and sealing tests to help packaging manufacturers, cosmetic brands, food processors, and filling factories confirm compatibility before mass production.
Food and cosmetic products can be affected by air, moisture, microorganisms, dust, and leakage after filling. A cap alone may not always provide a sufficient barrier, especially when containers are transported over long distances or stored under changing temperature and pressure conditions.
Common packaging problems include:
Differences in bottle-mouth dimensions, surface flatness, cap pressure, container material, and sealing temperature can also result in incomplete sealing. A liner designed for one plastic material may not bond correctly to another. Therefore, matching the heat-seal layer to the container material is essential.
The XINXIA aluminum foil composite induction seal liner creates a secondary barrier between the product and the cap. Its multilayer construction can be adjusted according to the packaging application and the container material.
The aluminum foil layer responds to the electromagnetic field generated by the induction sealing machine. Heat is transferred to the sealing layer, which melts and bonds to the container rim. After cooling, the liner forms a continuous seal over the bottle or jar opening.
Compared with packaging that relies only on a screw cap, an induction-sealed container provides better leakage protection and visible tamper evidence. It can also improve product presentation by keeping the inside of the cap clean.
XINXIA can customize the liner according to the customer’s bottle-mouth drawing, container sample, cap structure, filling product, sealing equipment, and opening requirements. Standard, strong-bond, and easy-peel sealing performance can be evaluated according to the application.

Final material structure and sealing performance should be confirmed through testing with the actual container, cap, filling product, and induction sealing equipment.
The composite aluminum foil liner can be used for face cream, eye cream, body cream, hair mask, cleansing balm, and other wide-mouth cosmetic jars. It helps prevent leakage and protects the product from contamination before opening.
Induction sealing liners are suitable for cosmetic powder, cleansing powder, bath salts, masks, tablets, and other products that require protection against moisture.
The liner can be used on compatible bottles and jars containing sauces, seasonings, chili paste, jam, honey, and other food products. The sealed surface helps prevent leakage and external contamination during transportation.
Coffee powder, tea, nutritional powder, nuts, candy, spices, and other dry foods can benefit from the moisture and oxygen barrier provided by the aluminum foil layer.
Composite induction liners can be customized for compatible bottles containing tablets, capsules, protein powder, vitamins, and nutritional products.
The product is suitable for filling factories, packaging distributors, bottle manufacturers, cosmetic brands, and food producers looking for custom-sized induction sealing components.
An aluminum foil composite induction liner is placed inside the bottle cap before the cap is applied to the filled container. The capped bottle then passes under an induction sealing head.
The induction sealing machine generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field. The aluminum foil layer absorbs this energy and heats rapidly. This heat activates the polymer sealing layer that contacts the bottle mouth.
Under pressure from the tightened cap, the softened sealing layer bonds to the container rim. After the container moves away from the induction sealing head, the heat-seal layer cools and forms a secure seal.
When the customer removes the cap, the aluminum foil liner remains attached to the bottle mouth. Depending on the selected structure, the liner can provide a strong permanent bond or controlled easy-peel opening.
A successful seal depends on several factors:
Identify whether the container is made from PE, PP, PET, glass, or another material. Different container surfaces require different heat-seal layers.
Provide the inner diameter, outer diameter, sealing-surface width, and dimensional tolerance. The liner should match the sealing area rather than relying only on the cap diameter.
XINXIA offers thicknesses from 0.23 mm to 0.38 mm. The correct thickness depends on the cap structure, bottle-mouth flatness, required stiffness, sealing pressure, and packaging equipment.
In addition to standard round liners, custom oval, square, rectangular, and irregular shapes can be manufactured according to the customer’s technical drawing.
Tell us whether the liner should provide a strong bond or an easy-peel opening. Opening force should be balanced with leakage protection and consumer convenience.
Before mass production, test samples with the actual bottle, cap, filling product, and induction sealing machine. Recommended tests include sealing strength, leakage, peel performance, transportation, storage, and temperature cycling.
Yes. The diameter and shape can be manufactured according to your bottle-mouth drawing or physical container sample. Round, oval, square, rectangular, and irregular die-cut shapes are available.
Yes, but the heat-seal layer must be matched to the specific container material. Please tell us the bottle material when requesting a quotation or sample.
The standard customizable thickness range is 0.23–0.38 mm. We will recommend a suitable thickness according to the cap structure, container opening, and sealing requirements.
Easy-peel performance can be customized. The final peel strength should be confirmed by testing with the actual bottle and induction sealing conditions.
Please provide the container material, liner diameter or technical drawing, required thickness, shape, order quantity, printing requirements, filling product, and desired sealing performance.
Send XINXIA your bottle-mouth drawing, container material, cap sample, required thickness, liner shape, filling-product information, and estimated order quantity. We can recommend a suitable aluminum foil composite induction seal liner and arrange samples for sealing compatibility testing.
