XINXIA aluminum foil composite induction seal liners are designed to create a secure, hygienic, and tamper-evident seal for cosmetic and food packaging containers. During induction sealing, electromagnetic energy heats the aluminum foil layer and activates the heat-seal layer. The liner then bonds evenly to the container mouth, helping protect the packaged product against leakage, moisture, oxygen, dust, and external contamination.

These custom induction sealing liners are suitable for many rigid packaging systems, including bottles and jars made from PE, PP, PET, and other compatible materials. Round, oval, square, rectangular, and irregular shapes are available. The XINXIA aluminum foil composite induction seal liner creates a secondary barrier between the product and the cap. Its multilayer construction can be adjusted according to the packaging application and the container material.

The aluminum foil layer responds to the electromagnetic field generated by the induction sealing machine. Heat is transferred to the sealing layer, which melts and bonds to the container rim. After cooling, the liner forms a continuous seal over the bottle or jar opening.

Compared with packaging that relies only on a screw cap, an induction-sealed container provides better leakage protection and visible tamper evidence. It can also improve product presentation by keeping the inside of the cap clean.

How It Works

An aluminum foil composite induction liner is placed inside the bottle cap before the cap is applied to the filled container. The capped bottle then passes under an induction sealing head.

The induction sealing machine generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field. The aluminum foil layer absorbs this energy and heats rapidly. This heat activates the polymer sealing layer that contacts the bottle mouth.

Under pressure from the tightened cap, the softened sealing layer bonds to the container rim. After the container moves away from the induction sealing head, the heat-seal layer cools and forms a secure seal.

When the customer removes the cap, the aluminum foil liner remains attached to the bottle mouth. Depending on the selected structure, the liner can provide a strong permanent bond or controlled easy-peel opening.

A successful seal depends on several factors:

How to Choose the Right Induction Seal Liner

Provide the inner diameter, outer diameter, sealing-surface width, and dimensional tolerance. The liner should match the sealing area rather than relying only on the cap diameter.
