XINXIA custom printed composite aluminum foil sealing liners are designed to provide reliable inner sealing for PP, PE and PET packaging containers used in the food, cosmetic and personal care industries. Available in thicknesses from 0.23 mm to 0.38 mm, these liners can be die-cut to match different bottle-mouth diameters, cap structures and packaging requirements. The printed surface can be customized with your logo, product information, opening instructions, warning text, colors or promotional graphics, helping you combine container sealing with brand presentation.
The composite structure provides an effective barrier against moisture, dust, leakage and external contamination. Depending on the selected sealing layer and container material, the liner can be developed for induction sealing or other compatible heat-sealing processes. Peel strength, opening performance, thickness, diameter and printed appearance can all be adjusted for different products and filling lines. Samples are available for sealing tests before mass production.
A cap alone may not provide sufficient protection for products during filling, transportation, warehousing and retail display. Small variations in cap torque, bottle-mouth flatness or liner compression can create microscopic gaps between the cap and container.
For food products, these gaps may allow moisture, oxygen, dust or external odors to enter the package. This can negatively affect product quality, aroma and shelf-life performance. Sauces, powders, snacks, nutritional products and other packaged foods also require a clean and visible first-opening seal to improve customer confidence.
Cosmetic and personal care products face similar packaging challenges. Creams, masks, gels, powders and other formulations can leak around the bottle mouth if the package is tilted or exposed to vibration. Products containing oils, fragrances or active ingredients may also require improved barrier protection.
Another concern is brand presentation. A plain liner performs only a sealing function, while a printed foil seal provides space for a logo, opening instructions, anti-fake information or promotional content.
XINXIA provides customized composite aluminum foil sealing liners developed according to the container material, bottle-mouth dimensions, cap design and product characteristics.
The aluminum foil layer offers barrier performance and transfers heat during a compatible sealing process. The supporting layers help maintain shape, improve handling and provide controlled opening performance. The container-contact sealing layer is selected according to whether the bottle or jar is manufactured from PP, PE or PET.
Our customization service can include:
Because different plastics require different sealing-layer formulations, the container material must be confirmed before production. A liner designed for PET should not automatically be assumed to seal correctly to PP or PE.

Composite aluminum foil liners can be used for cosmetic cream jars, facial mask containers, hair treatment jars, body-care packaging, cleansing products, beauty powders and other personal care containers. The inner seal helps reduce leakage and keeps the bottle mouth clean before first opening.
Typical applications include powdered foods, seasonings, snack containers, nutrition products, sauces and other dry or semi-solid food packaging. The liner helps protect the contents from moisture, dust and external contamination.
PP is frequently used for cosmetic jars, food containers and wide-mouth packaging. The sealing layer must be specifically matched to polypropylene to obtain suitable adhesion and peel performance.
PE bottles and jars are widely used for personal care, household and food products. Because PE has different surface properties from PP and PET, a compatible heat-seal layer is required.
PET provides clarity and rigidity for many food and cosmetic packages. XINXIA can produce composite foil liners with a sealing layer selected for PET bottle-mouth surfaces.
The liner is placed inside the cap or positioned on the container mouth, depending on the customer’s filling and sealing system. During a compatible sealing process, controlled heat activates the container-contact layer.
The activated sealing layer bonds to the bottle-mouth surface. After cooling, the foil forms an inner seal across the opening. The aluminum foil layer creates a barrier, while the composite supporting structure maintains dimensional stability.
When the consumer opens the package, the liner can be peeled away using the foil edge or a customized pull tab. Peel performance can be adjusted according to the application. Cosmetic packaging may require a convenient easy-peel opening, while transportation-sensitive products may need a stronger seal.
Successful sealing depends on more than the liner itself. Bottle-mouth flatness, cap pressure, sealing temperature, line speed and cooling time can all influence the final result. We recommend testing samples on the actual container and production equipment.
Please identify whether the container is PP, PE or PET. If you are uncertain, send us the container specification or a physical sample.
Measure the outer diameter of the sealing surface rather than relying only on the cap size. The liner must cover the opening completely without interfering with the cap threads.
Our standard customizable range is 0.23–0.38 mm. The appropriate thickness depends on cap space, liner stiffness, bottle-mouth dimensions and packaging requirements.
Choose between easy-peel opening and stronger adhesion. If a pull tab is required, provide the preferred tab shape, size and position.
Logos, colors, instructions and other graphics can be customized. Vector artwork is recommended for clearer printing. Please confirm the print direction, color requirements and whether the design must align with the pull tab.
Before mass production, test the liner with the actual container, cap, contents and sealing equipment. Check seal integrity, leakage resistance, appearance and peel strength.
XINXIA supplies customized sealing materials for packaging manufacturers, food producers, cosmetic brands and international distributors. We support product development from initial material selection through sample testing and mass production.
Instead of supplying a generic foil disc, we evaluate the container material, opening size, cap design, filling conditions and expected opening performance. This helps customers reduce mismatched materials, weak sealing, difficult peeling and unnecessary production delays.
To receive an accurate recommendation and quotation, please send us your container material, bottle-mouth diameter, required thickness, application, order quantity and printing artwork. Physical bottles can also be provided for sample fitting and sealing evaluation.
Yes. The diameter can be die-cut according to your bottle-mouth dimensions. Please provide a technical drawing, exact measurements or physical container samples.
Yes. We can customize the surface with logos, colors, product information, opening instructions and other artwork. Vector-format artwork is preferred.
Not necessarily. PP, PE and PET have different surface characteristics. The sealing layer should be selected according to the actual container material to ensure reliable adhesion.
The correct thickness depends on the cap structure, available liner space, bottle-mouth size and required stiffness. Send us your packaging information, and we can recommend a suitable specification.
Yes. Samples can be prepared for size fitting, sealing compatibility and peel-strength testing. Testing with the actual bottle, cap, contents and equipment is strongly recommended before mass production.
