XINXIA aluminum foil induction seal liners are designed to provide reliable, tamper-evident sealing for food, cosmetic, personal care, and household product containers. Available in diameters from 2 cm to 15 cm, these liners can be customized to match different bottle-mouth dimensions, cap structures, container materials, and filling conditions. During electromagnetic induction sealing, the aluminum foil layer is heated and the sealing layer bonds firmly to the container rim, creating a clean and secure barrier.
The sealed liner helps reduce leakage, moisture ingress, contamination, odor transfer, and product deterioration during storage and transportation. It also gives consumers visible evidence that the package has not been opened before purchase. Depending on the application, we can provide induction sealing liners compatible with PE, PP, PET, PS, and other packaging containers. Custom thicknesses, printed surfaces, embossed finishes, pull tabs, and multilayer structures are available for packaging manufacturers, filling factories, brand owners, and distributors.
Food and cosmetic products are frequently exposed to demanding conditions throughout production, transportation, warehousing, and retail display. A standard screw cap alone may not provide sufficient protection against liquid leakage, moisture, air, dust, or accidental opening.
Temperature changes can cause the internal pressure of a container to fluctuate. Transportation vibration may loosen the cap or allow small amounts of liquid to escape around the bottle mouth. Products containing oils, fragrances, creams, powders, sauces, or active ingredients may also lose quality when repeatedly exposed to air and moisture.
For food packaging, poor sealing can shorten shelf life, affect flavor, and increase the risk of contamination. For cosmetic packaging, leakage or oxidation may damage both the product and the outer carton. A broken, missing, or unreliable inner seal can also reduce consumer confidence.
Therefore, packaging manufacturers need a sealing solution that offers:
XINXIA aluminum foil induction seal liners create a secure bond between the liner and the container mouth through electromagnetic induction heating. The aluminum foil layer responds rapidly to the induction field, while the heat-sealing layer melts and bonds to the bottle rim.
The liner structure can be adjusted according to the packaging application. Options may include aluminum foil, heat-seal film, paperboard, foam, wax, PET film, or other functional supporting layers. The sealing layer must be selected according to the container material to obtain stable bonding performance.
Our liners can be supplied as one-piece or two-piece structures. One-piece liners remain attached to the container after induction sealing. Two-piece liners can leave a paperboard or foam backing inside the cap after the aluminum foil layer has bonded to the bottle mouth.
For easier opening, pull-tab designs can also be produced. Printed or embossed surfaces are available for branding, operating instructions, anti-counterfeiting patterns, or promotional requirements.

Aluminum foil induction seal liners are widely used for dry food, powdered products, sauces, condiments, coffee, tea, nutritional products, candy, snacks, seasonings, edible oils, and other packaged foods.
The liner helps maintain freshness and protects the contents from external moisture, dust, and odor. It also reduces the possibility of product leakage during shipping.
These liners are suitable for cosmetic cream jars, lotion bottles, shampoo containers, facial mask packaging, cleansing products, hair care products, body care products, and other personal care containers.
A reliable induction seal can prevent cream, oil, lotion, or liquid from contaminating the cap and outer packaging. It also improves the appearance of the finished product and provides consumers with visible tamper protection.
The liner can also be used for detergents, cleaning products, powders, household liquids, and selected chemical packaging. For aggressive or special formulations, compatibility testing should be completed before mass production.
The aluminum foil induction sealing process does not require direct contact between the heating equipment and the liner.
First, the induction liner is inserted into the bottle cap. After filling, the cap is tightened onto the container. The capped bottle then passes under an electromagnetic induction sealing machine.
The electromagnetic field generates heat inside the aluminum foil layer. This heat activates the polymer sealing layer on the lower surface of the liner. The sealing layer softens and bonds to the clean container rim.
After cooling, the liner forms a stable seal over the bottle opening. When the consumer removes the cap, the foil remains attached to the bottle mouth, showing that the package has not previously been opened.
Sealing performance depends on several factors, including:
Correct machine settings and liner selection are essential for consistent sealing results.
Different containers require different heat-sealing layers. A liner designed for PE containers may not produce the same bonding strength on PP or PET bottles. Please provide the exact bottle material before ordering.
The liner diameter should match the internal diameter of the cap and completely cover the sealing surface of the bottle. We recommend providing the cap drawing, liner sample, or bottle-mouth dimensions.
The available diameter range is 2 cm to 15 cm, with custom die-cut sizes available.
Food powders, oil-based cosmetics, alcohol-containing formulas, fragrances, creams, and cleaning liquids may require different barrier structures. Customers should provide information about the contents, filling temperature, storage conditions, and required shelf life.
A one-piece liner is suitable when the foil seal alone is required. A two-piece liner is recommended when a secondary cap liner should remain inside the cap after induction sealing.
For products used by consumers, a pull-tab foil liner can provide a more convenient opening experience. The tab size, number, position, and shape can be customized.
Before bulk production, sealing tests should be carried out using the customer’s actual bottle, cap, product, and induction sealing machine. XINXIA can provide samples for compatibility, leakage, peeling, and sealing-strength evaluation.
XINXIA provides customized sealing materials for packaging manufacturers, food producers, cosmetic factories, filling companies, and international distributors. We support different diameters, multilayer constructions, surface designs, heat-sealing materials, and packaging methods.
Our team can assist with liner selection based on your bottle material, cap design, product contents, and induction sealing conditions. Sample testing helps reduce the risk of weak adhesion, burnt liners, incomplete sealing, or difficult opening during mass production.
Send us your bottle-mouth diameter, container material, cap sample, product contents, and expected order quantity. We will recommend a suitable aluminum foil induction seal liner and prepare samples for your evaluation.
