Aluminum Foil Self-Adhesive Sealing Liners for Coffee Cans and Tea Tins

In the global coffee and tea packaging market, brand owners are paying more attention to product freshness, packaging appearance, and consumer opening experience. The customer’s main requirements were simple application, stable adhesion, customized diameter, and a premium surface finish. We recommended a customized embossed aluminum foil self-adhesive sealing liner for their aluminum coffee cans and tea tins. It can be placed inside the cap or applied directly to the container mouth according to the customer’s packaging process.

Custom sizes were produced according to the inner cap diameter and container mouth design.

After sample testing, the customer confirmed that the liner matched their aluminum alloy cans well. The adhesive performance was suitable for dry product packaging, and the embossed aluminum foil surface improved the premium appearance of their coffee and tea tins. Their end customers also liked the clean opening effect and customized brand presentation.

The customer later selected multiple liner sizes for different can models and used both gold and black embossed foil designs for different product series. This helped them supply more flexible sealing solutions to coffee roasters, tea brands, and private-label packaging customers.
