PE foam gasket is made of breathable film and PE foam gasket by ultrasonic or hot melt welding. PE foam gasket has excellent air permeability and excellent oil repellant performance, and simple design, easy to install, so it is widely used in the field of industrial chemical packaging.

PE foam gasket is suitable for small bottle packaging (packaging container volume < 5L). It is sealed by the pressure extrusion foam gasket when the cap is rotated to close the bottle mouth, which can quickly vent the gas at the hole of the bottle cap. Foam gasket is divided into physical foam and chemical foam, double-sided HDPE film, in the food industry to physical foam gasket, in the chemical industry to chemical foam gasket.
