Characteristics: products in the parting surface has a large dislocation
Causes: 1. Mold manufacturing accuracy error and processing accuracy are not enough 2.45 degree parting rubber ring due to the thickness of the flash 3. Mold positioning is poor
Ten, Roll edge
Characteristics: products in the parting of the obvious inward shrinkage phenomenon caused by: 1. Poor processing properties (such as fluorine rubber) 2. Mold structure is not reasonable (thick products should use closed structure mold and reasonable opening of residual tank)
